In response to coronavirus I am now offering online counselling and telephone counselling
Finding the right counsellor for you…
My name is Sue and I want to say ‘thank you’ for visiting my website and to warmly invite you to take a look around and explore.
I am an experienced Person-Centred counsellor and a registered, accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). My counselling practice is based in a quiet location in the centre of Sherwood in Nottingham, only two minutes walk from a main bus route.
Within my site you will find more about me, my background and my counselling experience. You will also find information about my practice, including important matters like fees and sessions, together with an invite to an initial free counselling session. In addition I will offer some helpful information around ‘what is counselling‘ and links to other websites and professional counselling organisations that may help you to become more informed and assist you in your journey towards counselling.
People come for counselling for many different reasons – some are asking ‘big life’ questions, some have a sense that ‘all is not right’ in their world, others wish to look at key life events, like a significant loss or trauma. Finding the right counsellor for you is important and I hope that by sharing some information about me, both personally and professionally, you will feel able to decide if counselling with me feels right for you.
If you would find it helpful you are very welcome to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have, or if you simply want to say ‘Hi’ before making your decision.
